Chee Wei-lin

Wei-lin is a lawyer turned coach on a mission to partner with people who want to Uncover their Genius and Define their Greatness.

Chee Wei-lin is the former Director of Training & Resource at Drew & Napier LLC until 2004. While there, she led and managed a continuing professional development programme for more than a 100 lawyers in this top tier legal firm.

She is also a former litigation partner of PK Wong & Advani. Wei-lin started her legal career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel within the Singapore Legal Service in the Ministry of Defence and Commercial Affairs Department.

For 4 years in 1996 to 2000, Wei-lin served as a full-time volunteer training staff with Youth With A Mission, Singapore, an international non-profit Christian organization. As a member of their training team, she worked with people from numerous countries, of different races, and diverse backgrounds and ages. She also pioneered a YWAM training school in Kuala Lumpur. Belinda Co

Belinda has worked extensively as a business consultant and negotiator internationally for more than 15 years. With her legal and business background, she has facilitated and led business negotiations in Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Canada.

Belinda obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Law from the University of British Columbia, a Master in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia, and a Diploma in Business Administration from Henley Management College, England. She is currently reading her Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management at Royal Roads University, Canada, and obtaining her Certificate in Intercultural Communications at the University of British Columbia.
