Our Service Approach

Intellitrain offers a complete range of association management and administrative services that can be customised to meet your needs. You may contract us for full association management services, a single project, a standing service, or just for a specific period of time.

Each association client is assigned to a designated association account team led by an account manager who consults with and advises the officers and board of the client organisation. The account manager is supported by other staff members, including the client services manager client support executive and events executive.

We put together each association account team based on the specific requirements of your project to ensure you benefit from a team with the appropriate expertise and experience.

Our Serviced Office & Facilities
For the benefit of our association clients, Intellitrain locates its office in the heart of the CBD, right above Raffles Place MRT Station. From our offices, we are able to serve as your association's headquarters providing you with a full range of reception, call-centre, administration and secretariat support services efficiently and affordably.

Our Software & Systems

In collaboration with one of Singapore?s leading polytechnics, Temasek Polytechnic, Intellitrain has designed and developed "Intellitrain Management System", a unique proprietary membership and events management system specifically for associations in Asia. Coupled with Intellitrain?s AMC services, you can now:

  • Enjoy the convenience and cost-effectiveness of managing your membership applications, renewals, expiry, payments as well as event registrations, attendance and payments using our web-based system.
  • Manage your membership and events online via your own association website.
  • Centralise all your upcoming association events in one regularly updated database and event calendar.
2. Intellitrain has invested in specialised telephony systems that enable us to assign dedicated telephone lines to each of our association clients. We answer each line in the name of the relevant client thus preserving our clients? branding as well as the seamlessness of each external party?s experience in dealing with our clients.
