Mr Alex Wong – Partner - Hogan Lovells Lee & Lee
"Intellitrain helped us with our secretariat services when I was Chair of the Society of Construction Law (Singapore) for two years 2016-2018. They were efficient, on the ball and provided substantial value add and input above and beyond the call of duty. Not sure how we would have managed without them."

June and the team seamlessly manage the affairs and events of those societies. The events are very professionally arranged and managed with careful thought given to members’, guests’ and speakers’ needs, The venue, food and drinks provided are always to the highest standards and whether it be an enquiry by email, telephone or meeting them in person at an event you can always rely on their professionalism and effortless charm."

"11 December 2015 marks the beginning of Intellitrain's 10th year in serving as SCL(S)' secretariat, Intellitrain's association management contract with SCL(S) started on 11 Dec 2006 after a successful Inaugural SCL International Conference 2006 on 15-17 Oct 2006.

Intellitrain's term of service has seen them serve under 5 Chairpersons — Naresh Mahtani (2006-2008), Mohan Pillay (2008-2010), Chris Nunns (2010-2012), Anil Changaroth (2012-2014) and Darren Benger (2014-2016)

Dr Angelo Venardos – President, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Singapore Chapter)

I have worked with Intellitrain and its founder June Tan for the past 6 years, 4 in my capacity as a STEP (Singapore) Committee member and 2 as its President from 2009-2011).
They have provided critical support and advice that saw STEP (Singapore) transition from a fledging branch of 150 members, limited funds and a handful of events/activities a year, to a dynamic organisation with almost 450 members, sound financial reserves, and an exciting line-up of at least monthly seminars and social events that have helped raise the STEP profile in the Singapore wealth management industry.

My term as President ended on a high note with our immensely successful Charity Gala dinner, which marked the first time STEP Singapore organised and held a gala dinner and indeed one that was in support of a charity. As a maiden effort, the event was a sell-out in terms of the almost 400 attendees, 23 sponsors and almost $120,000 raised for charity. In addition to its usual secretariat role, Intellitrain was retained as event organiser for this project and they oversaw and executed every aspect of the dinner in consultation with the organising committee - from research and recommendations, programme development, marketing and publicity, table and seat sales, delegate, vendor and sponsorship management to onsite event organisation.
Needless to say they are leaders in the association management field, with the experience and expertise needed to both grow and grow with STEP (Singapore) in the past years.

However, what makes Intellitrain stand apart from other service providers is their constant pursuit of quality even in the little things they do on a day-to-day basis, coupledwith both a deep commitment to support the client's big picture goals and anunrelenting ethical compass. I have seen first-hand the values of professionalism, integrity, partnership and passion which June espouses putinto practice in what Intellitrain does.

I would not hesitate to recommend a partnership with Intellitrain as a sound investment for associations who need the resources, skills and commitment to help them fulfill their raison d'e^tre.

Ms Angeline Lee – President of Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA); and Mr Sim Sze Kuan and Mr Anil Changaroth – Co-Chairs of the SCCA Inaugural Regional Conference (2 - 3 April) 2009 Organising Committee

"June, Gabriel and the great Intellitrain team did a fantastic job on the SCCA Inaugural Regional Conference held on 2 and 3 April 2009 here in Singapore.

Intellitrain's experience, professionalism and efficiency was evident from the very start. They were instrumental in providing valuable service and support to the SCCA conference by providing the committee guidance on matters such as the themes for each session, speakers, the topics of interest, the venue, layout and sponsorship, souvenirs, and participant packages.

Throughout the year long preparation, Intellitrain displayed a deep understanding of the needs of the SCCA and was unrelenting in its attention to detail. When necessary, they even provided motivation to assist the organisers to overcome obstacles and challenges.

With the turn of events in the global economic environment, Intellitrain were able to swiftly re focus their energy and resources to maintain the same level of commitment from the sponsors and exhibitors and negotiated reductions in the costs elements for the conference where possible. Their attention to details throughout the planning and execution period was impeccable.

The hugely successful conference and the praises from the various organisations and participants wereis truly a tribute to Intellitrain's professionalism and brilliantly organised conference. It was indeed the SCCA and the organising committee's blessing and privilege to have been able to work with Intellitrain and we look forward to being able to work with them in the future."

Mr Bill Lexmond – President, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Singapore Chapter)

"STEP has had the pleasure of working with June, Gabriel and the Intellitrain staff for almost a full year. They have shown professionalism in arranging our internal meetings as well as external events. Their organisation skills in these areas allow the volunteer executives to direct their involvement not towards administration but towards guiding the Singapore chapter in its mandated tasks.

The work of Intellitrain has also improved branch communications with STEP members (directly and through the website that is now established and is evolving to support members) as well as with STEP Worldwide.

Costs are a relevant issue and must be kept in perspective. It has worked out very well for STEP Singapore as the increased revenue from better managed events as well as more frequent events has defrayed most of the fees we gladly pay to Intellitrain. There has actually been no drain on STEP Singapore's resources.

We decided over a year ago to work with an external secretariat as STEP Singapore had grown to a size large enough (100 full time members) that support for members needed to be professionalised. We have been supported by Intellitrain at every turn. Every measure of performance during this year has been exceeded. We look forward to a long and continued mutually rewarding relationship."

Mr Naresh Mahtani – Immediate Past Chairman, Society of Construction Law (Singapore)

... "I am pleased to record that all the above events were highly successful, in terms of attendance and quality, as well as management and financial results. I must add that this was due largely to the dedication, conscientiousness, experience and professionalism of the team from Intellitrain, ably led by June Tan and Gabriel Lim. Their performance as the Secretariat of the SCL has also been great, with pro-active attention to quality, efficiency and details.

I am pleased to record my gratitude, and write this testimonial for Intellitrain upon my recent retirement from the position of Chairman of the SCL, and would definitely recommend them to other organizations and for future events." [read more]

Mr Brendon Choa – Committee Member, Society of Construction Law (Singapore)

"Intellitrain Pte Ltd were engaged by us to revamp and host our website with a brand new design in March 2006. We had an important upcoming international conference scheduled in October 2006 and had to get the revamped website up and running in the quickest possible time.

June and Janice of Intellitrain did an excellent job in re-designing and revamping our website. Not only did the revamped website boast an impressive brand new design, which contained many, if not all, of the features that we had looked forward to, the work was also carried out efficiently. Their hard work ensured that our revamped website was ready and operational in the first week of May 2006." [read more]

Mr Michael Hwang SC – "SCL International Conference 2006" (15-17 October 2006), Chairman, Conference Organising Committee

"Well done June. You and your team have done a super job so far."

"... I am probably a more experienced conference attendee than most of you, and I was pleasantly surprised at the apparently sincere compliments paid to our organization by our attendees, some of whom are as experienced as I."

(29 October 2006)

Mr Chow Kok Fong – Immediate Past Chairman, Society of Construction Law (Singapore)

"... clearly your organisation is superb and your commitment to the project was unrelenting. The decision to appoint you as the conference organiser is one of the best decisions I ever made during my term as Chairman of the Society."

Ms Teresa Ee – Executive Director, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators

"... I have tremendous faith in June's organising ability and her level of professionalism in delivery of our joint events. Many a times, we do not have the indulgence of a reasonable marketing and promotion period ahead of the events. June would not hesitate to take the initiative in utilising her resources to overcome any challenges in the way." [read more]

Mr Thio Shen Yi – Chairman, CPD Committee, The Law Society of Singapore; Joint Managing Director, TSMP Law Corporation

"June Tan worked at the Law Society Secretariat as its Training Director from 2003 to 2005. I worked with June Tan for over two years in my capacity of Chairman of the Continuing Professional Development Committee of the Law Society. June was instrumental in helping the Law Society conceptualise a holistic training strategy, as well as implementing rigorous benchmarks to monitor the quality, relevance and value of our programmes. She has demonstrated a consistent ability to transform ideas into well executed reality, and as a result, the Law Society can take no small measure of pride in the overall quality and spread of its CPD programmes." Ms Janet Neville – Secretary-General, LAWASIA

"... brought to the complex task of arranging an international conference a deep and intelligent understanding of what was required for the participants at whom this event was targeted as well as the stakeholders who sought to promote their services through it...

... What is also very worthy of comment was Ms Tan's ability to produce high quality legal training on an extremely tight budget, and with limited resources.

LAWASIA is most grateful for her hard work well beyond the call of duty and her acumen in achieving excellent results. On LAWASIA's behalf, I have no hesitation in attesting to Ms Tan's high level of ability and proficiency as well as the amiable and helpful way in which she employs these attributes." [read more]

Mr Daryl Lim – Managing Director, ConventionPro International

"... June was instrumental in conceptualizing and obtaining executive approval for the terms of a win-win proposal between ConventionPro and the Law Society of Singapore. She understood the challenges of ConventionPro as a young organisation in 2003, still without a proven track record of successful seminars. By forging a collaboration that enabled the Law Society and its members to benefit from ConventionPro's ready portfolio of regional business seminars with little or no financial risks for either party, June demonstrated creativity, resourcefulness and tenacity." Dr Melanie Billings-Yun – Senior Partner, Global Resolutions

"If I have to pick out the three outstanding characteristics June exemplifies, they would be professionalism, people-skills, and problem-solving. Her professionalism was always evident in the impeccable programmes she organised for the Law Society, as it is now in the way she has carefully analysed the market in order to create Intellitrain.

... I believe she cares about me and my business. She actually listens, a rare quality these days. Those professional and people skills matter far more to me than size of company. Morever, because June is so good with people, I am confident that she has a wide list of contacts. This is another gift money can?t buy."  [read more]
